Filwood is located just south of Bristol and covers the suburbs of Filwood Park, Inns Court and Lower Knowle. Football fans will no doubt enjoy playing five a side on the astro turf pitch at the nearby indoor sports centre, while golfers can head to the Knowle Golf Course.

Nature lovers will enjoy spending time in Manor Woods Valley Local Nature Reserve, a Bristol beauty spot. It has wild garlic covering its slopes, stunning wildflower meadows and the Malago stream is a big hit for cooing down on hot days. It’s a great place to go for a walk or bike ride at just about any time of year.

There are lots of good schools in Filwood or close by, including Bristol Grammar School, Queen Elizabeth's Hospital School, St Mary Redcliffe and Temple School and Bristol Cathedral Choir School.
