Although the village doesn’t have its own train station, there are rail services from Yate, just a 10-minute drive or short bus journey away. From there, you can get a train to Birmingham, Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads.

The journey to Bristol from Frampton Cotterell takes around 20 minutes by car, travelling via the M32, while Bath is 40 minutes away going via the A4174. Gloucester and Swindon are both within commuting distance of the village, at around 45 minutes away by car, while Cardiff is 55 minutes away via the M4.

If you’re travelling to London, the journey to the capital takes around two hours by car along the M4, or one hour 30 minutes by train from Bristol Parkway. For international travel, Bristol Airport is around 45 minutes away from the village by car, depending on traffic.
