Efficient, modern design

Ravenhill Park will bring 103 new homes to the area included terraced, semi-detached and detached styles. We have used a simple palette of materials with a mix of both brick and rendered exteriors that are in keeping with the existing homes in the area. With green open space on the development, we will be creating a children's play area as well as a paddling pool.

The homes we are building are more energy efficient than an older home of the same size by up to 45-55%*. This means you can make an average saving of £1,312* a year on your energy bills.

The build so far

Once we received planning at the beginning of March, we started building our homes soon after. Our Sales Centre is now open and our two beautiful show homes will be opening later in the year. Our first families should move in to their new homes in Spring next year.
