Help to Buy the home you want

Make your money go further with Help to Buy. First time buyers or existing homeowners can buy a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 20% equity loan – available on all new builds in England under £600,000. Easily find homes within your price range using our handy Help to Buy calculator.

Adjust the slider to the amount of deposit you have available. This calculator assumes that the minimum allowable deposit on a ‘with Help to Buy’ mortgage is 5% and the maximum allowable deposit is 30%. This calculator also assumes that the minimum deposit for a ‘without Help to Buy’ mortgage is 15%.

Mortgage interest rates are set by mortgage providers and will depend on a number of factors such as your deposit value, the value of the property and your financial circumstances. As a guide, as of September 2013 most mortgage rates are between 3% and 6%. This calculator works on the basis of a capital and interest repayment mortgage, with interest calculated monthly.

[?]

Adjust the slider to the amount you might expect to be able to repay each month on your mortgage. The results will include your other settings, including your mortgage amount, length of the mortgage term and interest rate. Note that this amount does not include the interest repayable to the Government on your Help to Buy equity loan from year 5 onwards.

Essentials on your doorstep

  • The centre of Yarnfield offers green open space, a fete is held here each year.
  • The Labour in Vain country pub is within walking distance.
  • A convenience store and post office provide everyday essentials.

Efficient, modern design

The development is divided into two phases with the central area having an existing conference centre with accommodation facilities and parking.  A new sports field and a children’s play area will also be built here.  Open fields surround the site with the village of Yarnfield close by.   The houses follow a modern design and are the result of detailed discussions with designers and architects. They are energy efficient and energy savings will be achieved compared to existing housing. A simple palette of materials, including red and buff brick, with key buildings rendered will help to highlight focal units.

The build so far

Construction at Yarnfield Park started in August 2013 with the sales centre opening within the Gate House during early December. The first completions at the development then took place in June 2014. Keep an eye out for our stunnign four bedroom show home coming soon this year.
