Help to Buy the home you want

Make your money go further with Help to Buy. First time buyers or existing homeowners can buy a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 20% equity loan – available on all new builds in England under £600,000. Easily find homes within your price range using our handy Help to Buy calculator.

Adjust the slider to the amount of deposit you have available. This calculator assumes that the minimum allowable deposit on a ‘with Help to Buy’ mortgage is 5% and the maximum allowable deposit is 30%. This calculator also assumes that the minimum deposit for a ‘without Help to Buy’ mortgage is 15%.

Mortgage interest rates are set by mortgage providers and will depend on a number of factors such as your deposit value, the value of the property and your financial circumstances. As a guide, as of September 2013 most mortgage rates are between 3% and 6%. This calculator works on the basis of a capital and interest repayment mortgage, with interest calculated monthly.

[?]

Adjust the slider to the amount you might expect to be able to repay each month on your mortgage. The results will include your other settings, including your mortgage amount, length of the mortgage term and interest rate. Note that this amount does not include the interest repayable to the Government on your Help to Buy equity loan from year 5 onwards.

Efficient, modern design

Yarnfield Park is divided into two phases, the north and south parcel, with the central area having an existing conference centre with accommodation facilities and parking. We are currently building our homes on the north parcel surrounded by lovely fields and we will also be creating a new sports field and children’s play area. The homes we are building here are more energy efficient than an older home of the same size by up to 45-55%*. This means you can make an average saving of £1,312* a year on your energy bills.

*For more information on our energy efficient homes, click here.

The build so far

We started building our homes here in August 2013 with the sales centre opening within the Gate House during early December. Our first customers moved into their beautiful new homes in June 2014. We have recently moved to a new sales centre further into the development with our lovely show home now available to view. Come and take a look around and see how your new home in Yarnfield could look.
