Having been given its royal title by Queen Victoria back in 1838, Leamington Spa has long been known for its spa facilities. If it’s secondary schools you’re after, North Leamington School in the Blackdown area is good in Ofsted’s eyes and has a catchment area that encompasses much of the town. Trinity Catholic School is in the same Ofsted category and has a large catchment area, while the Kingsley School and Arnold Lodge School are mixed all-through independents. 

Royal Leamington Spa transport links

With a strong location in the heart of England, Royal Leamington Spa has excellent transport links. Trains to London from the town’s station on Old Warwick Road take around an hour and 15 minutes, while the M40 motorway passes to the south west of town, giving you direct access to the capital in the south and Birmingham to the north. You can also drive or catch a train into Warwick in just five minutes.
