The build so far

We started building our homes at Mercury Place in July 2015, with our Sales Centre opening at the end of October. Our beautiful new show homes recently opened in January, so you can come and see how your new home could look. We anticipate we will have completed building all our homes by the end of June 2019.

Site Manager of five years, Ian has been here since the first brick was laid, making sure our homes are of the highest quality.

A completed purchase doesn't mean our service ends there. Our customer services team will help in the unlikely event of an emergency. On top of the 10 year structural Buildmark Warranty, we also offer a two year fixtures and fittings warranty as standard.
